A Bond (two weeks deposit for stays of 1- < 3 months; four weeks deposit for stays of more than 3 months) by or on the Commencement Date. This will be refunded to the occupant within 10 working days of the Termination Date, subject to the final apartment inspection report. Rent payments every week ; always on time. Automatic weekly payments can be set up (preffered payment type). Sundry charges on a weekly basis (including any phone call charges, extra washing services, room servicing, etc.) and on a monthly basis (including phone/ internet account fee and any excess power/water/gas usage). A Departure Cleaning Fee of $60 by or on the Termination Date (doesn't apply to stays 1- < 3 months). Cancellations Applicants can cancel their application however penalties do apply. Written cancellation notice is always required and a minimum of four weeks notice is requested. Cancellations received four weeks or more prior to your arrival incur a penalty fee of equal to Bond made. Application Fees are always non-refundable.
