Q - What kind of apartments are there to choose from?
A - Studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. You may also rent out a single/ double room out of a 2/ 3 bedroom apartment. This is a great way to save money on accommodation and meet new people in Auckland.

Q - Would it be possible for my relatives to stay with me in my apartment? Are there any extra charges for visitors to come and stay with me?
A - We welcome any visitors to Scholar Hotel & Apartments, however of course as the apartment complex also operates as a hotel; all visitors will have to pay for their stay under the normal schedule of current rates.

Q - Can I stay at Scholar if I am under the age of 18?
A - For short term stay- yes. For long term stay- only if you arrange a parent/ guardian to be a guarantor for you stay. Any unpaid charges associated with your stay will be the guarantor's responsibility.

Q - Is there any carparking available?
A - There is no on-site carparking available however we can arrange carparking at the Oracle Tower which is two minutes walk from Scholar Apartments. For long term stay- the cost will be $67.50 per week (saving of approximately $5.65 per week if arranged through us) and you will have to sign a contract with Wilson Parking for a minimum of two months. Q - What about cleaning?
A - Apartment servicing is available however for long term stay this comes at an extra charge. Enquire within for prices. You may borrow the vacuum cleaners from reception whenever required (free).

Q - Do I have a kitchen in my apartment? A bathroom?
A - Each apartment has its own bathroom and kitchenette which includes a kitchen sink, cupboards, a mini fridge and a microwave. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and patio area, dining area, and SKY TV lounge for communal use.
